Warranty terms

Valid for orders placed from 1 September 2025.

Scope of Warranty

  1. Products offered in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, in accordance with the terms specified by the manufacturer.
  2. For some goods, the warranty is provided by HAIAP Sp. z o.o. – information about this can be found in the product description or in the documentation provided with the product.
  3. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects revealed during the warranty period indicated by the manufacturer or HAIAP Sp. z o.o.
  4. The warranty period and detailed conditions for individual products are specified in the warranty documentation or in their description in the store.

Warranty Claim Conditions

  1. Warranty claims can be submitted:
    1. directly to the manufacturer, in accordance with their procedures,
    2. or – for goods covered by the HAIAP Sp. z o.o. warranty – to the address provided in the store,
    3. and also through HAIAP Sp. z o.o., which will forward the claim to the manufacturer.
  2. The claim must include:
    1. invoice or order number,
    2. a detailed description of the defect,
    3. photos or documentation allowing for an assessment of the defect.
  3. The product should be sent in a condition that allows for its inspection. The cost of transport is borne by the Customer, unless the warranty conditions state otherwise.

Warranty Fulfilment Procedure

  1. The manufacturer or HAIAP Sp. z o.o. (depending on who is the guarantor) processes the claim within the period specified in the warranty documentation.
  2. If the claim is accepted, the guarantor:
    1. repairs or replaces the defective product with a new one,
    2. or – if repair or replacement is not possible – refunds the product's value in proportion to its price.
  3. HAIAP Sp. z o.o. informs the Customer about the method of claim fulfilment if the claim was submitted through it.

Warranty Exclusions

  1. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
    1. improper use or installation,
    2. operation contrary to the instructions,
    3. product modification,
    4. normal wear and tear.

Final Provisions

  1. The warranty conditions do not limit the statutory rights of the Customer under consumer guarantees, if the law provides for such liability.
  2. Information on whether the guarantor is the manufacturer or HAIAP Sp. z o.o. can be found in the product description or in the documentation provided with the product.
  3. HAIAP Sp. z o.o. assists the Customer in forwarding warranty claims to the manufacturer if the manufacturer is the guarantor.
  4. The manufacturer or HAIAP Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the warranty conditions, provided that the changes do not affect products purchased before their introduction date.
